Re: WinSCP latest version 5.21.1 is not working for one vendor SFTP get files

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP). A log file of equivalent working session from 5.19 might help too.

To generate the session log file, use /log=C:\path\to\winscp.log command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

WinSCP latest version 5.21.1 is not working for one vendor SFTP get files

Hi,

We are experiencing issues with new WinSCP 5.21.1 from using get command to retrieve files from a vendor site.
Will someone shed some light on this.
We see these in the logs which is unusual Listing file "/ACTUALDIRECTORY/..".

Is there something we are missing after upgrading to new version of WinSCP?

It worked for 5.19 but not for 5.20

Please let me know if there is any help that can be offered.
