Ignore TLS/SSL in WinSCP using S3 protocol

I have a localhost MinIO bucket running on HTTP. I want to connect to it via the WinSCP client. It's failed with error
"SSL handshake failed: SSL error:wrong version number"
. I did try to change the version my client is using and it failed. I believe its failing since the MinIO bucket isn't using HTTPS.

If that is the issue – Is there a way to ignore TLS/SSL in WinSCP using S3 protocol?

I've attached logs of an attempt to login to the bucket.
