Bug: Broken ssh-key-auth in Keep remote directory up to date

After update WinSCP 5.21.1 to 5.21.2 noticed that SSH key-based authentication did not applied when use "Start in New Window" in "Keep Remote Directory up to date" function. WinSCP asked to enter username and password despite that username and SSH private key are saved and successfully used to auth in New Session or PuTTY. Rolling back to WinSCP 5.21.1 solved the problem.
