Re: ssh-keygen fails

The ssh-keygen, when executed this way prompts for key information. WinSCP Console windows does not support interactive commands:

ssh-keygen fails

I'm trying to generate a key in WinSCP using: 
ssh-keygen -t rsa

First it shows:
Host is not communicating for more than 15 seconds, still waiting...

Then after 1 minutes it switches to an error mode:
Timeout waiting for server to respond.
