Upload to ftp from a folder automation

Dear WinSCP Expert,
I am a 12-year-old school team and need help from the expert. I am learning through watching YouTube.

Our request we are doing a project to upload all the photos from our laptop folder to FTP site from our school project
I download the WinSCP and can keep remote directory in sync. But we are looking for a script which can do this using the Windows Scheduler. Please help with some scripts and videos to guide us.
