Explorer tree arrows are indiscernible when dark theme enabled

When WinSCP is using the Dark color theme, directory arrows in the file explorer tree are rendered in black on a very dark background (see attachment). It's utterly hard, if not impossible, to read their state then.

So, I propose to render these arrows in light gray when using the Dark color theme.

Host OS: Windows 10x64
WinSCP: v5.21.5, Build 12858
