Editing a file directly updates modification time of remote file

If I double click on a file (which is the edit file action), it opens the file in the internal or external editor as expected, but it re-uploads the file directly to update the modification time.

I have this behavior only on a single SFTP server by now. I'm using WinSCP 5.21.2

The only time related setting I found was the DST setting. I tried both, but it didn't make a difference. Note: The file timestamps on the remote SFTP server view look good to me, so no 1 hour diff or similar.
