You cannot.

It looks like you are "abusing" /synchronize switch to automate synchronization. For automation that, use scripting with its synchronize command instead.

Thanks for the answer. It solved my issue... but now when the task finish if there's no files to synchronize always appears a box "No differences found" and I have to close it manually
have you got any idea to not appear this box or how to close it auto?

I'm trying to create an script that automatize the download of the changes in my ftp folder to a local folder
I try this:

But then, the winscp.exe opens and show me the screen with my parameters in the header but I always need to click in ACCEPT button.
How can I execute with the accept button included?
