Just use right "Hostname mask" for your preset.

I have a lot of predefined transfer settings depending on the type of environment I'm connected to. Would be great to be able to pre-set these for a site config to automatically use them when connecting to this site. Right now, I can only configure a new transfer setting for a site but not use an existing one.
