Unable to connect after a Windows update

I have 3 PCs running Win 10 Pro (version 10.0.19045 Build 19045) & Win 11 Pro (version 10.0.22621 Build 22621) and running WinSCP (in Explorer mode) version 6.1.1 (Build 13736 2023-06-21). I am unable to connect to my SFTP server after installing a Windows update. I have tried several things to resolve this issues including: updated my WinSCP, disabled my firewalls, recovered my PC to the previous day, rebooted my router, PC, and server but nothing has worked. My Session Log is attached.

When connecting with WinSCP I receive the following error message:
Error
Network error: Software caused connection abort
OK Reconnect Help

When I attempt to login with Window's Remote Server Connection I receive the following error message:
Remote Desktop Connection

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
