I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.
But I connect with CuteFTP without any problems. I'll send you the log. Since WinSCP is on the company's authorized list of software and we are not allowed to install another program. Please check again and if possible, take action to resolve the issue.
The problem is not with (control) connection, but with directory listing (data connection).
Can you list the directory "through the command prompt"? Btw, what command prompt? The Windows legacy ftp

Since yesterday I have no access to one of the FTP services through the WinSCP app and I encounter this error. I'll send the log file as well. Please give me some guidance.
