You need use an SSH server that provides a shell access too, not only SFTP.

The function needs a shell access to the server to create the archive.

Archive and download results in a error
Hello, I trying to use the Archive and download feature of a folder that has SFTP server that is on my Pixel 7 Android. But it results in a error:
