This is known problem that I was not able to solve somehow unfortunately. However the window should restore is you switch back to its screen.

Hi

I happen to run a microsoft powertoy which allows me to have 4 virtual desktops. When leaving WinSCP maximised (or anything other than minimised completely) it causes the WinSCP UI to shrink to nothing more than the minimise, restore and close buttons. This can not then be undone without exiting and re-loading WinSCP.
