WinSCP does not support commands that require user input.

And it seems that your command uses sudo internally, and it asks for root password.

Use proper terminal app for your command.
You can use [i]Open in PuTTY[/m] command:

Hello team,
I have a problem with WinSCP server.
All information in the pictures

I tried looking for a solution but to no avail

sudo: no tty present and no askpass program specified

E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (13: Permission denied)
E: Unable to lock directory /var/lib/apt/lists/
E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (13: Permission denied)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), are you root?
