Steps to create WinSCP FTP connection that will be present for all users

A computer that I support has WinSCP Version 6.3.3 (Build 14916 2024-04-16).

There are over 20 users who logon to this computer with their own individual AD usernames and passwords.

I would like to create a WinSCP FTP connection that will be present for all users who logon to this computer with their own individual usernames and passwords.

So far whenever I've created an FTP connection for an individual user that FTP connection has only been present for the user logged onto the computer and it hasn't been present for all other users who logon to that computer.

What steps can I follow to create a WinSCP FTP connection that will be present for all users who logon to that Windows 10 computer?
