I do not know what "measurement ... in the app" you mean.

You can either using this feature in the GUI:
Keep Remote Directory up to Date

Or better, script it:
Automate file transfers (or synchronization) to FTP server or SFTP server

I was excited to find this app! I'm very close to being able to use it, though I need to find a way to do the FTP syncing about every ten seconds. The minimum measurement I see in the app is in minutes. Is there a way to force the sync to happen every x number of seconds?
