Provide a minimal configuration file for synchronization software to synchronize.
Modify the file as little as possible and only need to save the information of each site.
Ideally, you should save only when you have modified the site's settings.
Remove all unnecessary information in WinSCP.ini, such as Cache, jumpList, etc.
The software's own settings can be saved in another file.
I bring this up because my sync software keeps a lot of historical versions of the WinSCP.ini
file, and only the JumpList
settings have changed between them.
Every time I open an existing site, a new version of the file is saved.
