Unable to rename or save file – error message

When I try and rename a file on my area I am getting error
Can't rename file or directory:(FILE NAME) SYSYEM ERROR,CODE: 50. THE REQUEST IS NOT SUPPORTED

When I try and save a file I get

On some files it acts as if its saved but the changed hasn't been made. I don't get an error on these ones.
I have the up to date version, I have even re downloaded it. I've done restarts too.
