Failed to connect due to TCP handshake error

Hi,

It failed due to below TCP handshake error. Can you please advise?

TCP Previous Segment not captured.
TCP DUP ACK
TCP Out-of-order

SFTP error - " Remote side sent SSH2_MSG_EXT_INFO not either preceded by NEWKEYS or followed by"

Hi I'm getting below error when tried to connect to SFTP site.
Although it works meaning able to connect to site sometime but sometime it won't connect.

Can any one please advise? 
Remote side sent SSH2_MSG_EXT_INFO not either preceded by NEWKEYS or followed by USERAUTH_SUCCESS
