As this does not seem to be a WinSCP issue, to solve this "asap", you better contact your network administrator.

Are the other people connecting from the same network?
Idk what this means.
Can you post theirs and yours session log file?
I can't login at all I have no session log file.
Can you login using any other FTP client?
No I can't even use FileZilla.
