Re: Directory Listing -> Dead End

Just use "Back" command to return.
And if you cannot return (e.g. because you have closed and reopen WinSCP meanwhile), you can use "Home" command to return to your home directory.

Directory Listing -> Dead End

Hello!
I am (also) using shared hosting, where the problem exists, that the full directories are listed at the top of WinSCP like
<root>
/home/
/username/
/www/
/domain.com/

As soon as I use "home", I am not permitted to see anything. However, the problem is, that I cannot select /www/ anymore, because WinSCP does not feature these directories anymore. Same for using the "Top" Arrow.
So WinSCP could be tremendously improved, if it shows just a "forbidden" message, without then also deleting the whole folder structure. So WinSCP would prevent me from beeing trapped, also if I accidentally doubleclick the arrow. Btw. the most annoying feature is, that WinSCP even remembers THAT location at the next login, so the only solution is, that I delete the account info and fully edit the whole login credentials once again...
There must be a better solution. Well, maybe there is one and I must RTFM. But currently, it's a real pain at that single hosting provider with his "traps".
