Windows 11 – WinSCP is constantly redrawing

My work laptop was updated to Windows 11 late last year and everything was smooth with the exception of WinSCP. On Windows 10, had no issues at all but with 11, the app seems to redraw its windows every 45-60 seconds. I've tried uninstalling and using the winget version, uninstalling that and installing fresh, using the cleanup tool built in, but no luck at all. I've posted a video here since it's too large to attach: https://photos.app.goo.gl/PfGk1oW4Z93f21jx9

I had my personal PC on Windows 11 with no such issue and haven't seen this anywhere else but it's driving me up a wall. Any thoughts on what to do to stop this from happening?
