Ability to detach tabs to new window and move tabs between windows

Hi,

Would be great to be able to detach tabs to new windows, including the ability to move tabs between windows.

Not sure if this has been requested before or how difficult it would be to implement, but it would help with being able to perform drag/drop operations between tabs.
