Critical flaw in large file transfer via WinSCP
An intermittent issue is occurring in the WinSCP application where the process becomes stuck ("hangs") and does not complete the transfer of photo files, specifically when attempting to upload large folders. This situation is directly impacting the "Uploading Photo Evidence for Reports" process.
The WinSCP application stops responding, displaying a "connected" status but no progress in the transfer bar.
The process consumes minimal or no resources (CPU/Network), indicating that it is stuck.
Lighter folder transfers occasionally complete, but this is inconsistent.
Diagnostic Actions Already Performed:
Software Update: WinSCP has been updated to the latest version.
Configuration Verification: Connection settings (SFTP/SCP protocol, port, credentials) have been validated to be correct and match those of the destination server.
Reconnection: New sessions have been opened and the application has been restarted multiple times.
