Thanks for your offer. WinSCP does support multiple workspaces:

Multiple Workspaces

I think it would be a great feature to add multiple workspaces to WinSCP and able to name them, like "Colo", "Clients", "HomeLab", etc. I will donate $500 for completion of this request.
