The bug was fixed already, see version history. The fix will be included into the next release.

I try the wget remote command, this will help transfter files from another server, this remote command like:
wget https://www.example.com/a.zip
but, when finished execute this command, I get a message from winscp like follow
no argument for format '%'
indeed, the file has been transfter from my another server.
why winscp pop up this err msg -- no argument for format '%'
