When i minimize WinSCP i do it to the notification area (systray), but when i restore WinSCP the icon disappear and when i minimize again it get back again.

This is quiet annoying behavior when it do it like this.
There should be an option to always have an icon in the notification area as long as the program is running, so it is possible to minimize and restore the program by clicking on the icon.

Now i have to restore WinSCP from the notification icon and minimize it from taskbar or from the minimize button.
