You can also try having a specific FTP user that is set to chroot at dev_ntfs0: as this would entirely skip needing that in WinSCP (clients).
In other words, multiple FTP users with one going there and the other the way you have it above should you need to do that.
Could just change the same FTP user chroot if not actually needing it.
