@sekiguchi: Thanks for your report. I've fixed that (in Japanese and the other languages too).
Though actually that option is going to change to "Attempt authentication using agent" in the next release anyway (as WinSCP now supports even OpenSSH ssh-agent):

バージョン 6.5.6の使用中に誤字を見つけました。
Pageant が Pagent になっている。

環境設定＞転送＞接続時間＞転送の再開・一時ファイルへの転送の再開 のパネル内に表示される、現状「上記のファイル(V)」について、英語の"Files above 100KB"の文脈に沿った訳に修正が必要かと思います
訳案としては、「サイズ超過のファイル」辺りでしょうか..。

の画面ですね。こちら"ワークスペースの自動保存を有効にする場合は「いいえ」を選択してください。"の間違いでした。大変申し訳ありませんでした。

さらに実際の挙動を確認すると「自動保存を有効にする場合は」よりも「自動保存を設定する場合は」にした方が分かりやすそうです。こちらの案でいかがでしょうか。

変更前：
ワークスペースを自動保存しない場合は「いいえ」を選択してください。

修正案：
ワークスペースの自動保存を設定する場合は「いいえ」を選択してください。

こちらで良いようであれば次のバージョンで反映できるように変更したいと思います。

Every time I try to quit WinSCP, I get a message that means exactly the opposite, which puzzles me.

今さっき、最新版5.9にアップグレードしました。
そこで気になった細かい点ですが、インストール完了時、ドラッグ＆ドロップ拡張を差し替えるために再起動するかどうかを確認するメッセージが出ます。

| シェル拡張の更新バージョンをロードするために、
| コンピュータを再起動する必要があります。（以下略）

There seems to be typo in Japanese messege at AUTH_TRANSL_WRONG_PASSPHRASE.
"間違ったパスフェーズ" looks like "wrong passphase",
it should be "間違ったパスフレーズ".
