You can create a shared desktop shortcut that includes all session details in its commandline.
WinSCP GUI can generate such commandline for you:

Hey everyone, I did not found the right answer and maybe it's is not possible but here is what I want to do.
I would like to deploy WinSCP on Windows for all users (standard install) with a pre created SFTP entry that would be blocked for modification. All that without restricting the users to add their own SFTP (or other protocol) entry. (A bit like the xml of FileZilla)
Just a way to to deploy with providing the basic SFTP site so that they do not have to remember it every time.
Is it doable?
