Disk full - please upload later

Uploading files to the server tells me Disk is full - upload later.

Accessing the server from Cpanel works because the disk is only at 21%. This has been happening to me for a few days samo Sa WinSCP. How can I solve the problem without using direct access to hosting via cPanel?
