Hi, I have been looking at a local issue and saw in the log file an ouput that said:

Checking existence of partially transferred file.

I know it's a small thing but it's a bit misleading, at first I read this as it had a partially transferred file that it found, I see now what it actually means it is checking the for the existence of a partially downloaded file with the same name.
It would make it clearer if you could add the words 'for' 'the' and 'a'.
i.e. Checking for the existence of a partially transferred file.
