Changing compatibility settings makes WinSCP burry at high DPI display – although it may solve the lag. For me, the lag is very short (one second at most). If WinSCP hangs or lags significantly longer for you, I'd like to know.

I can confirm this issue. An easy fix that worked for me:

• Go to WinSCP shortcut or exe file.
  
• Open Properties.
  
• Choose "Compatibility" settings.
  
• Click on "Change high DPI settings"
  
• Select "High DPI scaling override".
  
• Choose "System (Enhanced)"
  
• Restart WinSCP.
  

Works perfectly fine for me.
