Where are you trying to login? To some server with WinSCP ? Or here on the forum with webbrowser? Can you please share more details (not just "does not work")?

Cannot loging or reset password....

Was looking for some help on a topic, but I cannot login with what I think is my account or my Email...

I try to reset password, once successful (at least I received the email) but it does not work...
I tried to re-register with a different user name, but that failed as well (already using the email address).

What are my next steps?
