WinSCP Displays Incorrect Year In Timestamp

When I sftp to a Linux box the timestamp year for all files is displayed as 2007 even though the files were created/modified in 2006. The local file system shows the correct date and other sftp/ftp clients don't seem to have the same issue. So a file created/modified on 11/10/2006 displays as 11/10/2007. Any ideas?
