'Yes to all' does not work for me either.

If I try to up- or download and overwrite a file and I set 'Never ask me again', the program keeps asking me again and again on next transfers. I have already unchecked confirm on overwrite in preferences.

Starting a transfer after disconnected with timeout, WinSCP connects to remote and display an error.

Error 1 of 1:
Lost connection.
Disconnected from server
Copying files to remote side failed.

Only the first file failed, others are transfered. (Confirm continue on error are checked, but the error will occure without it, as well)

Everything was in FTP mode.
WinXP, WinSCP 4.0.0 (Build 342)

FTP upload multiple existing files, overwrite? "Yes to all" is broken.

Latest 4.0b, Win2k, "Norton-Look", FTP-Transfer.

Copy multiple files at once from local to remote which already exist on remote, WinSCP asks if overwrite? If you answer "Yes to all" it won't remember that but asks for every file again.

Besides that, a great product!
