Issue Confirmation
I can confirm that my client (4.0.2 and 4.0.0) won't minimize when I "Keeping remote directory up to date". After the initial synchronize the "Minimize" button does not minimize WinSCP.

Can't minimize.
Using "Keep remote directory up to date" with "synchronize options":
– Update subdirectories
– Synchronize on start
If on synchronize, remote directory is updated, then the minimize button don't work, and window do not minimize. Problem happen with option "Delete Files" too if remote files are deleted.
