I'm not aware of any serious bug in 4.0.2 beta, so I believe that you are safe to use for production.

WinSCP versions

Is there a consensus on which version to use for 'production': 3.8.2 or the latest 'Beta'? Given some of the fixes I'm inclined towards the latter. Is a 'Release' version for the 4.x.x series far off?
