Changed date time is always one hour ahead of server

I am connecting to a linux rhel-4 server. The changed time displayed for the files is always one hour ahead of the time that is displayed on the server.
For example if I do ls -ltr x.txt on the Linux server I get a time of 03:55 while on WinSCP I would be displaying 4:55.

Is there a setting in WinSCP that I am missing?
