Installed PuTTY 0.60 and below is the reply for the connection:

Using username "xxx".
xxx password:
60137: Shell access has been disabled by the system administrator.

Can you login with PuTTY 0.58 or 0.60?

1 out of 11 servers, using the WinSCP 3.8.1, is getting the above error.
OS - win2000, latest SP
Upgraded to latest version, and to Beta version, but all the same

Any Idea?
