Hi,
This might not have a solution, but I'll report it anyway. When you click on a file in WinSCP, then use the windows button + d (show desktop) and drag the file to the desktop, the 'move window' goes somewhere behind the main WinSCP window. So this leaves you only one choice, resize the main WinSCP window and try to find the 'move window'.
