I'm not aware of such dependency. If you find out that updating the DLL solves the problem, please let me know!!

Most user do not have this problem. I think it may be related to ws2_32.DLL. It was reported that getting the latest version of this DLL fixes the problem.

Is ws2_32.DLL a dependency? If so what is the last version that is needed to WinSCP to function properly?
