I have a number of users that report download and upload failures with the following in the error log:

Most user do not have this problem. I think it may be related to ws2_32.DLL. It was reported that getting the latest version of this DLL fixes the problem.
Is ws2_32.DLL a dependency? If so what is the last version that is needed to WinSCP to function properly?
