This sounds like a question for your hosting support group. You haven't said anything that sounds like WinSCP is malfunctioning. If pictures are showing up, that alone suggests the transfer itself is working. I'm pretty sure there's no way WinSCP could mangle an image file during upload such that it would be converted from color to grayscale.

also the pcitures that i post on the site are turning up in a crumy greyscale when they arein color on the computer ^-^;

i created a website for my work. i replaced the old website files ( putting them in antoher folder) and put the new files in but it still shows the old site. Am wondering if i have to delete the old wesite or does it just take a while for the server to upload the new fieles?
