There is one annoying "feature":
if I start transfer and minimize WinSCP, it always restores itself after transfer and brings to foreground! It is annoying and many times I dropped something to that "appearing from nowhere" window!
It should be minimized after file transfer, or at least you should put an option to force one or other option.
