Do you mean SSH port forwarding? WinSCP cannot do this. You may try Putty.

is there any way to send the data to port 21 on the localhost. I am using homesite which doesnt work with secure socket, only ftp on 21. So the data will be sent from the server to the client on 22 the client will then send the connection to port 21 on itself...I have seen other programs similar to this that do such things.
