There's no user/group name in your directory listing. Try to use SFTP rather then SCP.

I am trying to login to a machine that i have logged in before and i get: Unexpected directory listing line 'drwxr-xr-x 2 100 512 Mar 10 15:32 .'.
the machine was in my local network before now it is on the net
anything will help me !!
