Posting log file may give some clue.
My wild guess is that you have run our of disk space on the server or exceeded disk quota and the server fails to report an error when saving the file.

Winscp when copying ito server makes the file length 0
Hello Everyone.
I have the latest version and when I try to copy files, or upload them to the server the become 0 length files and I get no error code at all.
I have been using Winscp for some time and have no clue as to why this suddenly started happening.
Any help or suggestions would be muchly appreciated..
