Does anyone know how to "touch" a file in Windows, ie. change the timestamp without modifying the file?

Most filemanagers (Total Commands, Altap Salamander, FAR...) allows that.

"Invalid argument to date encode" (invalid timestamp)

When trying to upload a folder with photos, I got the error Invalid argument to date encode. I found out that some files had invalid "Modified" timestamps. (In Windows Explorer, it shows as "28.06.30045 / 08:01:40" in File Properties. In the detailed listing the "Modified" column is blank).

Maybe WinSCP should set the timestamp to now and display a warning, or display a more understandable error message.

Does anyone know how to "touch" a file in Windows, ie. change the timestamp without modifying the file?
