Keeping remote directory up to date+no transfer timeout=bug

If "keeping remote directory up to date" is turned on and WinSCP looses FTP connection (due to e.g. "no transfer timeout") and then some file within monitored local directories gets changed - WinSCP hangs (always showing "0% Copying" in the taskbar).

It would be handy (putting the freezing itself aside) if WinSCP connected automatically back to the server in such cases in the future.

(tested on WinSCP 4.1 + WinXP)
