Bug reports without an attached log file are usually useless.

I notice that when I have the log displayed, I sometimes encounter several error windows "Assertion failure (D:\Martin\Knihovny\Komponenty\Moje komponenty\TollbarPanel.pas, line 446)"
"OK" to each of them eventually yields other errors "Access violation at address 1475FF01. Read of address 1475FF01"
The symptom is not consistent with each session, but the local micros~1 file pathname on the author's machine should probably not be a component of the distributed product.
